What is a pre-order?
From time to time, we offer upcoming fabric collections and precuts as pre-orders, which means you're paying for these items before we have them in stock. Pre-ordering helps ensure you get the fabrics you want without worrying about them selling out.
When will my pre-order ship?
We provide estimated arrivals for pre-order products on the product's page. You can also check the status of all pre-order collections on the Pre-order collection updates page.
Can I combine pre-orders and in-stock items in the same order?
No, do not combine in-stock and pre-order items in the same order. Doing so will delay the shipping of your order until all items are available. Also, any shipping estimates provided at checkout should be disregarded if you combine in-stock with pre-orders.
To reiterate, we will not ship in-stock items now and pre-order items later unless you've paid for 2 different shipping labels.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You will be charged for your pre-order once you submit your order. We do give a 24-hour grace period to allow for cancelations without penalty, but after 24 hours, all cancelations will incur a 10% fee to cover transactional fees that we do not get refunded.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
We allow a 24-hour grace period to cancel pre-orders without penalty. Cancelations requested after that 24-hour grace period will incur a 10% fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
