Refund policy
At Bloomerie Fabrics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy on most items in the store. (Some exclusions apply. Read below.) To initiate a return, complete the contact form on the website. Do not send anything back without first reaching out.
In addition to the 14-day return policy, if a product from your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, you have 14 days to reach out so we may correct the order. Unfortunately, outside of the 14-day window, we will not be able to help.
Refunds will be given once the item/order is received by us and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Orders that are refused or otherwise returned to us for any reason will receive a partial refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Return policy exclusions:
- Patterns, books, and magazines may not be returned due to copyright laws.
- Sale and clearance fabric may not be returned.
- Manufacturer pre-cuts may not be returned.
- 1/4 yard cuts may not be returned.
Products with manufacturer warranties:
If you have purchased an item with a manufacturer warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer for help with repairs, replacements, or concerns. Manufacturers handle all warranty claims -- not Bloomerie Fabrics.
Returning items:
Returned items must be in brand-new and original condition. This means uncut, unused, unmarked, odor-free, smoke-free, and in original packaging. Items that are returned that do not meet those standards should not be returned and will not be refunded.
Once we receive the item, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are made back to your original form of payment.
